Purchase or Refinance a Home

If you already have a home you love, but are looking to refinance, we can meet your needs. We offer several refinance options, including a simple change in rate or term or a cash-out refinance that can provide you with funds to consolidate debt or make home improvements.

Rural Development Loan (USDA)

If you are looking to purchase a home, you may be eligible for the USDA’s 100% financing loan. No down payment is necessary, but you must meet the USDA's property location and income eligibility requirements. Our experienced Mortgage Loan Officers can help determine if this option is right for you.

FHA Loan

FHA loans are federally insured, which may require a smaller down payment and may offer a lower interest rate than a comparable conventional loan. This might be the right loan for you if you have limited cash for a down payment and closing costs. 

VA Loan 

If you are a Veteran of the U.S. Military, you may qualify for a VA loan to help you purchase a primary residence. VA loans are federally guaranteed, which can make home buying more affordable. You get a fixed interest rate and payment, no monthly private mortgage insurance to pay, and in some cases, no down payment requirement.

Second Mortgages

A second mortgage is a closed-end loan, which is a great option if you want to use the equity in your home to fund home improvements, college tuition, a wedding, or other items but still have a set term and installment payments. As with many of our loan options, you can even have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account monthly so there's no need to worry about paying on time.

Downpayment Plus®

Through the Downpayment Plus Program*, up to $6,000 may be available to eligible homebuyers, to use toward down payment and closing costs. Ask one of our Mortgage Loan Officers today about the Downpayment Plus Program to see if you are eligible.
