Changing Your PIN (Personal Identification Number)
We make it easy for you to change your ATM/Debit Card PIN. If you would like to change your PIN in person, visit any
MNB banking center. Additionally, learn how you can
change your PIN at any time using Online Banking and the MNB Mobile App.
Reporting a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
To report a lost or stolen debit card, you can call 844-202-5333. Additionally, Online Banking and MNB Mobile App users can notify us by logging into Online Banking or the MNB Mobile App, clicking 'Manage Cards', selecting your debit card, then clicking 'Report Card Lost / Stolen'.

To ensure uninterrupted debit card use while traveling, please notify us when and where you will be traveling so that we can note this on your account. You can contact us at 877-647-5050 or visit any
MNB banking center to notify us in person. For your convenience, Online Banking and MNB Mobile App users can also let us know by logging into Online Banking or the MNB Mobile App, clicking 'Manage Cards', then selecting 'Travel Notification' to note when and where you will be traveling.
