Celebrating 30 Years of Buzzy and a Season Full of Community Connections

It's been a busy few months for Buzzy the Money Bee! From classroom visits and student recognition programs to community events and birthday celebrations, Buzzy has been buzzing all across our communities.

As we celebrate Buzzy's 30th Bee-Day this year, we've had the chance to reflect on the impact he's made over the years while continuing the work that's always been at the heart of his mission—encouraging financial education, recognizing young leaders, and spreading kindness wherever he goes.

Buzzy's Best & Best of the Year

One of Buzzy's favorite traditions is recognizing outstanding students through the Buzzy's Best program. Throughout the school year, students are nominated by their teachers for demonstrating leadership, kindness, responsibility, and a positive attitude in the classroom.

This spring, we also celebrated our Best of the Year recipients—students who stood out among this year's Buzzy's Best winners. These recognitions are always a highlight because they give us the opportunity to celebrate the students who are making a difference in their schools and communities.

Buzzy's 30th Bee-Day Celebration

This year marked a major milestone as Buzzy celebrated his 30th Bee-Day!

We were thrilled to welcome families, community members, and Buzzy fans of all ages to help celebrate. From games and activities to birthday treats and photo opportunities, the event was a wonderful way to celebrate three decades of memories and community involvement.

Seeing so many familiar faces—and meeting some new ones—was a reminder of how much Buzzy has become a part of our communities over the years.
