If you run a small business or non-profit organization, there are a lot of options out there for managing and collecting payments from your customers or donors. Did you know that MidAmerica now has that option through our online and mobile banking? MNB has partnered with Autobooks to make it easier for you to request and accept payments from your clients right through your online banking account.

Autobooks is an online tool that helps you accept payments, send invoices, keep track of your customers, handle accounting, and more. It is designed for small business owners and streamlines the financial side of your business or organization. This service is only available to customers with a business checking account.

What are the features of Autobooks?

• Invoicing. With Autobooks, you can easily create professional single or recurring invoices. You can even customize your invoices with your logo and branding.
• Payments. You can accept payments through your online banking, and it will be deposited right into your checking account. Autobooks allows you to create a unique link for payment that you can send to your customers or donors via email or text message; you can even embed the link in your website and social media pages or create a QR code allowing your customers to pay you directly. Your customers can choose how they pay you, via credit or debit cards or even ACH. Autobooks even supports Tap to Pay on iPhone.
• Accounting. For a small monthly fee, you can use the Accounting and Reporting features of Autobooks. You can then access options to import from QuickBooks, find budgeting tools, and create financial reports along with many other Accounting and Reporting options.
• 24 hour access. Through your online banking, you can process transactions and collect payments 24/7 every day of the year.

How do I sign up for Autobooks?

If you have a business checking account with MNB, you will be able to see Autobooks on your online/mobile banking. You can enroll yourself at any time. Autobooks has a series of videos to show you how this tool works.
