Do I have to download any software to use Autobooks?

No downloads of any kind are required. Autobooks is built completely within Online Banking.

How is Autobooks different from Quickbooks?

Autobooks is built directly into Online Banking, so you don’t need multiple logins. Additionally, Autobooks is designed with small business owners in mind, not accountants, so it’s streamlined to focus on receivables, payables, and cashflow, while providing a fully functional accounting tool in the background.

I already have Quickbooks. Why should I consider switching to Autobooks?

Does Autobooks replace Quickbooks?

What is Send an Invoice?

Send an Invoice is a feature that allows you to send an invoice to a customer and collect payment electronically (credit card, debit card, ACH) for that invoice.

What is Accept a Payment?

Accept a Payment is a feature that provides you with a unique payment link. This payment link leads to a payment form (displayed in a secure web browser). Your customers (or donors, if you have a nonprofit organization) complete the form to send you a payment (or donation) electronically. This feature is perfect for those businesses that need a flexible way to accept payments from customers yet don’t create invoices.

What are the benefits of using the Send an Invoice feature?

With this feature, you can:

  • Create professional, custom invoices and send them electronically or physically to your customers in seconds.
  • Accept payments by credit card, debit card or bank transfer directly to your bank account.

With this feature, you can:

Do I have to download any software to use either the Accept a Payment or Send an Invoice feature?

No. The features are already available to your admin inside of Online Banking.

When can I set up and process transactions?

You can complete your enrollment and process transactions 24x7/365.
